What clothing size should I choose?
Our pieces typically fit true to size, but some styles may have a more relaxed, boxy fit. We recommend checking the specific sizing details on the product page of the item you’re interested in for the best fit.
How can I get more information about a particular product?
Absolutely! If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us via email, instagram account. We’re here to assist you!
The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
We’re sorry that the item you’re looking for is currently out of stock. Depending on the style, we do occasionally restock items and sizes. You can subscribe on the product page to receive notifications when your desired item is back in stock.
How should I care for my items?
Every piece in our collection comes with a care label. We highly recommend following theinstructions on the label for the best care. If you have further questions or need advice, don’t hesitate to contact us via phone or email.
Orders & Delivery
I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do? After placing your order, it may take up to two hours for the confirmation email to arrive. Please check your spam folder as well.
If your payment has been processed and you still haven’t received a confirmation email after two hours, reach out to us at info@autrefoisclothing.com
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
To ensure prompt processing, we immediately send orders to our warehouse for fulfillment. Once your order is paid and processed, we can no longer change or cancel it.
If you need to cancel, please refuse the package at delivery. It will return to our warehouse at our expense, and we will process your refund once we receive it.
I made an error in my shipping address. What should I do?
Mistakes happen! If you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Keep in mind that this may delay your delivery. Since we prioritize fast processing, once your order is sent to the warehouse, we can’t make adjustments.
What’s the current status of my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. Once it’s processed and ready to ship, we’ll send you another email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your order until it arrives.
My parcel hasn’t been delivered yet. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience! Check the tracking link you received via email; it may provide updates on your delivery status. If the address is correct and the estimated delivery hasn’t changed, please check your email for any notifications from the shipping company— your package might have been delivered to a neighbor or rescheduled.

What is the delivery timeframe for my order?
During non-sale periods, our shipping schedule is as follows:
• Deliveries within the Netherlands: 1 to 3 working days for orders placed before 9 PM on weekdays.
• Deliveries within Belgium, France, Germany, and Luxembourg: 5 to 9 working days.
• Deliveries within Europe: 7 to 10 working days.
• Deliveries to all other countries: 9 to 12 working days
Where do you deliver?
We ober worldwide shipping, but please note that we do not ship to APO, post obice boxes, or FPO addresses.
What are the shipping costs?
At Autrefois Clothing, we ober the following shipping rates:
• The Netherlands: €4,95 Free on orders over 75)
• Europe Zone 1: €7,95 (Free on orders over 100)
• Europe Zone 2: €10.00 (Free on orders over €125)
• Outside Europe: €10.00 (Free on orders over €250)
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For orders outside the EU, customs charges may apply. However, there are no customs charges for orders within the EU.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped in a polybag or box, depending on the size and quantity of items in your order.
