Delivery times vary by country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. All shipping prices include VAT. Please note that delivery times may be extended during holiday periods due to increased order volume.

We ship to the following countries: Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey.
Shipping to Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine is temporarily unavailable.

Packages will be shipped using our standard shipping service, either PostNL or DHL. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
We deliver worldwide; however, please note that we do not ship to APO, post obice boxes, or FPO addresses.
Holiday Season
During the holiday season, orders may only be confirmed after receiving a shipping
confirmation email. Please expect longer delivery times during this busy period as we work to process your orders as quickly as possible.
Product Appearance

While we strive to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will reflect the actual colors of the products. Your items may vary slightly in color from the images, and the packaging may diber from what is shown online.
Processing Guidelines
All products on our website are subject to availability and payment confirmation before
processing. We will contact you if the items you ordered are out of stock or if we need
additional identification for credit card verification.
Delivery Date Estimates
We aim to deliver all orders within five working days of processing. However, during holiday periods, please anticipate a delivery window of 5 to 12 days due to high order volume. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated online.
International Shipping Policies
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. You will be responsible for these charges, which we cannot predict. Additionally, international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, potentially causing delays beyond the original delivery estimates. As the "importer of record," you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Undeliverable and Refused Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered if delivery is
rejected for any reason or deemed undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address.
Inspection
Please inspect the delivered products upon receipt to ensure they are in acceptable condition. If there are any issues, contact us at info@autrefoisclothing.com as soon as possible, providing your order details, contact information, and description of the issue along with photographic proof.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Products
We are committed to providing high-quality products and perform several quality checks before shipping. If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a free exchange or refund. For refunds, we will process your full refund within 30 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged product.
Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delays due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, acts of terrorism, industrial disputes, or actions by local or central government authorities.
